Conference/function room(s): The ballroom of the Regal Airport Hotel is approximately 1,000 square meters (10,700 square feet), and is without pillars. It has a built-in stage, with lighting and audio facilities. Translation services for up to four languages may be provided. Cocktail functions for up to 1,500 guests can be catered for, along with other styles of functions, conferences, seminars, and events.
There are thirteen meeting rooms off the Executive Conference Centre on basement level, three meeting rooms off the business centre on level 2, and four rooms on level 9, all averaging 57 square meters (365 square feet), and on level 1, there are seven meeting rooms, three of which may combine to form a large meeting area approximately 288 square meters (3,100 square feet). The total number of meeting and conference rooms is 30.
