"The service and staff were amazing here. The one thing to improve on would be having to ask twice for an adapter or to clean a room (I think that's on room service not the front end staff). But the front end and restaurant staff were probably the best I've ever come across. I felt important, well looked after and appreciated as a guest and I appreciate the staff as well!"

"Very conveniently located to walk around central and the many shops and eateries. Hotel was quite and was able to have a good rest at night. The toilet door was a bit wonky couldn't close properly unless you yanked really hard but no big deal. Overall great stay and would consider staying here again next time I'm in HK"
