Clean, quiet, comfortable room that has enough space and stunning views. Bed was a little hard but we got used to it and ended up liking it. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were terrific. Staff were efficient and polite. Great location in Causeway Bay close to buses, trains, shops, and restaurants. Shower area is super super small 2 by 3 feet. Need a Better shower curtain because it will float around and attached to my body. Only 2 bath towel provided. I have to ask for hand towel everyday. Some house keeper does not know what it is. She wants me to show her a picture. I said are you kidding me. Everything is old. One positive thing is the location is convenient.
