"They know that they are far from stations, so they provide shuttle service every 10-15 minutes. It is really convenient given that it is available all the time. The staff and management are kind, too. Our flight to Hong Kong was cancelled at first (our first night stay at the hotel) and they were able to make necessary changes to accommodate our new travel dates. We just presented proof of flight cancellation and they accepted it."
