"Tatty and needs a make over. Electrics need attention much run off four way extension cables. Doors and surround need decoration, Very difficult to cook on equipment provided. Lack of housekeeping only one clean in the two weeks I was there. Mouldy shower with rusty overhead nozzle. Bed basic hard thin mattress and poor quality linen. "Location was awesome! Close to mtr and many shops and restaurants. Loved the fact that this apartment had a kitchen, but I wish they had a microwave as well. The apartment was clean and spacious for HK standards. Bed was a bit too hard, but I managed to get used to it while there. Service is great, and easy to access and find. "

"The staff, service and the rooms were excellent and decently appointed. They allowed us to check in early as the rooms were available and even helped us to store our luggage when we went to Macau for a night, checking out. The location is a li'l far away from the bustling city markets but they do have free shuttles that we used to get to the Central. Definitely recommended!"

"Old British style luxury hotel with lots of character. The location has easy access to local transport, including subway entrance within 60 feet of the entrance as well as two-three short blocks to the Star Ferry station. World class shopping is literally feet away with every luxury brand store imaginable within three blocks along with a world-class mall on top of that. "
