Good security measures in place Staff didn’t seem to understand our request for the type of room we had asked for. Also no real dining room and you’re stuck in the middle of nowhere. Our pizza was simply terrible and waay overpriced!!

Booked two beds but was given one bed
Booked a twin bed. But was told at check-in they can’t provide two beds as they are all taken. Instead they gave us one bed and sofa that extends as bed. This was not comfortable at all and honestly regretted the stay in a hotel I usually like to stay in.

Nice room pricey food and drinks
Great rooms nice beds big TV and very clean and comfortable. New decor. Parking is £4 overnight but food is very nice enough but very expensive. Mains were minimum of £18. Two meals plus three drinks came ton £80 which was as much as the room. Eat out.

My highlight of staying in London
Omg I absolutely loved my stay at the Hampton hotel. Everything was amazing the breakfast the workers, the rooms it fell we fell at peace. It was a nice place. I'm so mad at myself that I didn't ask the type of syrup they use for their waffles. Everything was amazing to see if I could buy it and take it back to the states. The room was so cozy nice and clean. They clean the rooms every day and put it back. Perfect breakfast was always amazing and dinner.

Really great.Obly 2 things wrong. 1 too far out of town, nowt about for dtinks or food. 2 drinks really expensive,i mean really expensive needed a second morgage. I felt as if id been robbed. Why is this?how can they justify the cost.no wonder no one gaving drinks,or is this their idea. So drinks really expensive

Average stay for the cost but wouldn’t stay again.
When we arrived we had to wait a while as they couldn’t find a receptionist to check us in. Then when we arrived in our room it was wrong as we had requested a change but this hadn’t been actioned however they did waive the additional cost (don’t know for what). The pillows were lumpy and the shower seal had broken so water was leaking onto the floor as well as one of the bathroom lights flickering when on.
