"Lovely place with a great sized room and very easy to commute to and from into Amsterdam. Good set of amenities! Very easy to go upstairs and grab food or drinks too if you want. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. For 3 guests in one room, a nice touch would be a small chest of drawers somewhere maybe for clothes. "

Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. "The hotel was whimsical and charming, the room was grand and espectacular, the bathroom could be more comfortable. Breakfast buffet is available, however not our favorite. You can select better options of breakfast and brunch outside the hotel. Excellent location in front of grand canals near Opera and Ballet. Walking distance from restaurants, museums and Amsterdam landmarks. Watch out with the bicycles transit."
