"I recently stayed at the M Resort and Casino and would rate my experience 3 out of 5 stars.
While the property itself has a nice overall appearance, the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room were disappointing. The bathroom had visible hair left behind from a previous guest, which immediately raised concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Additionally, the chair in front of the desk was cracked and worn, and there were food crumbs left on it—something that should have been caught during routine housekeeping.
I also ordered room service and was underwhelmed. The burger was very dry and tasted like little care or effort went into preparing it, which was surprising for a resort of this caliber.
To top it off, the front desk staff were not particularly polite or welcoming, which made the overall experience feel less hospitable than expected.
There is definitely potential here, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, food quality, and customer service would make a big difference."
