John was a very accommodating and helpful host. His breakfast were memorable and satisfying.

Everything about this B and B was fantastic. We were made to feel most welcome and at home.

Its an awesome place to stay. Mine was a last minute travel so reached quite late around midnight and the couple there was very welcoming. the rooms were just awesome with premium bedding. Only thing missing was a room fan i felt a bit hot during night but you can always ask them for one. The property is decorated with a superb selection of designer items giving it a very royal look. Although while booking it said room only but they provide breakfast to all guest and believe me the old man cooked us the most delicious breakfast. Breakfast gives u option of having fresh fruits, cornflakes, bread toast, eggs, bacon with tea, coffee and juice. The room was expensive but worth paying. Will recommend anyone who is looking for a comfortable relaxed stay. The property is not too far from Paihia around 10 mins drive.

This was an excellent place for a vacation time with my husband. Close enough (by car) to all the Pahia offerings like sailing, fishing, and hiking, while being secluded from the scruffy backpacker and loud partying scene of central Pahia. I especially loved their individual back patios surrounded by lush sub-tropical gardens and their adorable salt-water pool. The owners are a terrific couple.

We enjoyed our 3 nights here as the motel setting is quiet with fantastic views over the Bay of Islands and with a lovely warm swimming pool. A short drive to local supermarket and all the facilities of the local town.
