Room and bathroom was dirty. The bed was ok. Hoped to just be able to rest but the property/people staying was so noisy that even with a white noise machine on high I could still hear everything. Awakened every hour so I finally just got up and left at 6:30am. Exhausted.

Hallways could be cleaner. Very limited breakfast, no eggs, no meats. Basically toast and 2 types of cereal. No fruit.

We stayed one night traveling from Maryland to Florida. Overall it was a decent stay. The area right around there seemed a little sketchy but not really to sure. We didn’t feel unsafe at all just seemed really run down. Staff was very friendly, didn’t have much interaction but from what I did it was fine. The hotel room wasn’t to bad. Decently clean. I would stay here again. Really good restaurant a few miles away called Tailgators.

It’s a great price…. You get what you pay for 😟 Don’t walk without your shoes, don’t mind standing in your shower water since the tub drain is slow, the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in ages.

Understanding that this is a very convenient price for a passing through nigh stay to get some sleep, but even so: Very outdated, uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Cockroach in the room. After that the reception immediately switched our room, but the bad impression stayed with me and couldn’t sleep well. Would never stay again.

Old hotel but that does not excuse the filth that was in the the room. The supposedly white towels were brown, dirt and bugs in the floor, hair in the sink. I have just got off work so I was too exhausted to go any place else. Thank God I had some Lysol cleaner in the car to clean a little. I was book for two night, I only stayed for one. Disgusting!!!!’

Floors are worn and have many broken areas. The garden tub should be removed as it is too high to get into and out of to shower and there's mold around the top (we didn't use it). I doubt it even works. Water pressure is low.

There are not many places to eat around the hotel. All of the qrocery stores and Dollar General/Family Dollar close at 9. I would advise getting what you need before getting there. The hotel looks a little dated, but the rooms were nice and clean.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Towels and shower great. Breakfast gets a big plus. However rooms could be cleaner. I walked around in my barefooted and the soles of my feet were black. Also, rooms need some maintenance work. Ours had baseboards missing and cracks at the base of the walls.. Overall, a comfortable place to sleep for the night.

I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Hardeeville, South Carolina, for one night to attend the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Savannah. Despite the decent reviews, our experience with the hotel was disappointing right from the start. We had reserved two rooms with a “Reserve Now, Pay Later” option through Expedia. However, we received a call from the hotel owner early in the afternoon prior to check-in, informing us that we had to pay for the rooms sight unseen or risk losing them. This unexpected demand put us in a difficult position, as everything was already booked for the celebration in Savannah. Upon arrival, we found the rooms to be very outdated and they had a noticeable moldy smell. The breakfast provided was subpar and some items appeared to be undercooked. . Overall, our experience at the Red Roof Inn in Hardeeville fell short of our expectations. We hope that the management takes steps to address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Property is very outdated, there were cigarette burns on both the tub and sink. However, the room was clean and didn’t smell of smoke. The front desk clerk was very sweet and check in was fast. For an over night stay, it was ok, just needs some TLC.
