"It was okay ... difficult to find, a little bit worn out, could use some updating. That being said, I think the price reflected that. Slept four but only two mugs. No plates or silverware. Had to ask for the hot water to be turned on. The beds and pillows were hard for Western tastes. A little too Spartan for us. Location was great. "

"Good location walking distance to ancient city wall and subway station Nan Shao Men. Supermarket and eating places are right downstairs. Rooms are basic and musty smell? due to wet weather when we stayed there. Mark is friendly and welcoming, helped me out with transport and information of the city. Thank you!"

"We got to where the directions said to go, no homestay property there. After an hour of trying to find the place we found someone who could translate and call the homestay number on the email Expedia sent to me. "Overall a comfortable and good stay. Staff are friendly and greet you every time they see you. Room is spacious but you may get one that had a cigarette smell..make sure you open the windows to get the smell out. Very close to MRT which is a bonus. But food wise, thats hard to find without walking in early morning. Shopping centre food court dont open until 10am. Definitely value for money. Should consider their breakfast option included in the room rate."
