"The room wasn't ready at the stated check in time, but the people at the front desk mentioned they had late check outs and were short staffed due to housekeeping staff calling in, we were able to check in maybe 30 mins late, which wasnt a huge deal. The room (a balcony suite, 3rd floor) was very big and clean. The balcony was nice, it was perfect for smokers, since you can't smoke in the room.
