Location is excellent. Extra charge for internet. Elevator had significant issues of not working on several days. The bedroom overhead fan did not work. Towel racks were old and bent. Pictures were missing from the walls with hooks still visible. Clean but looked worn.

The apartment is very old, sitcoms not working all beds having wheels at the bottom making them easily move or slip while sleeping, there is rust everywhere

Great location, great views, massive apartment and nothing the kids could possibly wreck. But overall condition was terrible, lack of window coverings and the beds were very uncomfortable making our stay quite uncomfortable

Apartment was very aged and not well maintained (219 5th floor). Mould all over bathroom ceiling, toilets older than me, furnishings old and dated, taps barely worked....I could go on. Level of cleanliness was also poor. The best thing about the place was location and outdoor pool facilities. Be warned you will be woken up at 6am every morning by garbage collection plus kept awake on Friday and Saturday nights by the nightclub on the roof next door!

Have previously stayed here many times with great experiences of rooms, this trip room was sub-standard, tired, furniture well worn & very grubby! Bathrooms seriously need attention, can see grim & mould around shower linings, showers leaked, toilets constantly leaked. When advised front desk Lady said that was one of their better rooms & weren’t aware of things needing fixing, I think you need to speak with housekeeping or atleast get an overview each week from housekeeping on room status & upgrades, lifts smelt with old grotty carpet Paying good money expectation letdown. Plus’s great views, great location, overall facilities are good, parking etc Moroccan has always been my accommodation of choice have just booked another 14 night trip in June with a different resort. Disappointed.

I have strayed there before and is a great location apartment this time had a great veiw but was a little run down and could have been cleaner was surprised there was no aircon the pools are nice and would stay again just hope they do something with that appartment before they rent it again

Place was in a great location and Room on the 11th floor was a good size but holes ,dints and scratches on walls,windows in the bedrooms were that rusty they couldn't fully close,carpets were dirty in the elevators and in the room, mildew around the sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony and rusty and dirty ceiling fans.was a bit over priced for the condition it was in,had hotel rooms for cheaper

Amazing view but noisy and dated
Amazing view but accomodation is dated, windows don’t close and the view apartment is right next to cali beach club which is a party from day to night so no real relief from it if you are a light sleeper.

We loved the easy access to the beach and view from the balcony was wonderful. Our family spent 5 days in the property. I saw few negative feedbacks about the carpark and cleanliness of the carpet from the web. They weren’t major issues for us. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone except for family with young children as the balcony barrier is little low.

We have stayed here many times before this trip. Everything this time was shocking. Not clean,construction noise day and night on the same level ,staff disinterested when told of faults like cold pools,broken down spas,dripping tap.No bedside table and no room for it either. No hairdryer,no plug for kitchen sink. Filthy clothes washing machine. And to top it all off on the last night a fire alarm and evacuation because of an electrical fault in the system, and badly executed. The fire notice was also missing from inside the apartment. And when asked about the next day the manager just shrugged it off with it happens quite alot.The only fan in the apartment over the bed is filthy and sounds like it's about to explode. We have just been through 5 months of very stressful times nursing my dying father and desperately needed a bit of a break and rest. We will never stay in a Breakfree Hotel ever again.

The Best Place to stay near Surfer Paradise
We always stay at Breakfree Moroccan everytime we go for holiday at Goldcoast. The best place and very close to Surfer Paradise, located in front of the beach.

Loved the location right in the heart of surfers with heaps of restaurants shops located close by. The size of apartments were very spacious and roomy. The overall property is run down and needs some improvements. Cockroach’s were in our apartment and air conditioner wasn’t working

There was milk but no tea or coffee, the en-suite toilet was not cleaned and evidence was left in the bowl and not all of the balcony doors opens. This unit needs maintenance. The staff were polite and friendly

Arrived for check in to find our apartment had no water and no power. This seemed inconvenient to the manager on duty as we asked for a new room. Not very helpful and felt that we had inconvenienced them when it should of been the other way round. I think they just wanted to finish their shift.

Really impressed with the 2br apartment. Love how main br has ensuite! Spacious, open plan with fantadtic water views. Love how all rooms have a door to the balcony overlooking SP Beach too. Walking distance to city centre (one block). Convenient for public transport also.

There was a lot not to like. The apartment was old and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Walls had lots of marks. The bathroom was old and the tiles/grout were mouldy. The cabinets needed repair as did the toilet. The kitchen had a melted oven. The stove was old as was the microwave, but working. One couch you could not sit on as you fell into it. The windows were very dirty. Carpet very old. Water pressure was odd sometimes not even there. The only thing we liked was the bed. It was very comfortable. The fan in the bedroom was ver noisy and old.
