The property was in a great location. The Manageress was fantastic to deal with. She was friendly, willing to assist with our needs and very helpful. We will stay here again.

A good break away
Good size apartment. Only one aircon so was hard to cool the apartment. Would be better if had ceiling fan in the lounge room. Very clean. Could not here road noise from inside but once out on the balcony the noise was loud. Balcony was small. Beds very good. Parking a little tight not for big cars.

Loved that it was close in proximity to shopping, covenience stores, etc. Room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Only downfall was that the wifi was quite slow. It was sufficient for mobile use but not to be able to work from here. Otherwise, everthing else was perfect.

The apartment we stayed in was very clean and better than expected. Close to everything we wanted to visit. Excellent customer service and very supportive to any requests that we asked for and will definitely recommend to all friends and family and can't wait to visit this place again in the future

Family holiday!
Our second time staying here , great apartments! Lovely pool and bbq area and close to everything the goldcoast has to offer. Nice water view from our apartment at the front.

Not a 4star apartment
The apartments are well located and clean, but the condition is not great. Furniture is damaged, one of the fans not working. All the milk in the fridge was off, we asked for it to be replaced but did not receive a response. This was okay for a low cost place to stay, but certainly not 4 star.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. It's disappointing that you felt there was damage to furniture in the apartment you stayed in. As with all hotels, occasionally maintenance is required and although we thoroughly check each apartment before and after each guest, we rely on our guests to let us know if something breaks down or is damaged during their stay. As this wasn't brought to our attention during your stay, we missed the opportunity to fix or replace as required to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We're very sorry that you felt the long life milk supplied was off. We aren't sure how that's happened as we regularly and have very recently replaced our supply to keep things within date and suitable for use. As our attempts to call the number provided on the booking and knock on your door were unanswered, we did not feel it appropriate to enter the apartment without you present to replace the milks as we show the utmost respect to our guest’s privacy. We can assure you that we take all complaints seriously and have addressed the issues you've raised and we would like to thank you for staying with us and bringing this to our attention and we hope you enjoy the holiday season with our best wishes for the future to yourself and your family.

Great location! The apartment had everything we needed. The spa and pool are fantastic and the kids loved playing tennis.

We liked the closeness to everything. 10mins from seaworld, 10mins from surfers paradise and only 15mins from all the other theme parks. Good secure units, kitchen had everything we needed, the beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean, great view over looking the broadwater, each bedroom had a balcony and management are friendly, polite and professional. Check in & out was breeze. Thank you for a great stay.

This was a very comfortable and affordable unit close to the water and located close to the center of activity - but not so close as to be inundated by crowds of people. With free parking, well appointed kitchen and bathroom, free wifi and a pool included it was a real find. The only flaw was that the shower was over a bath tub which would make showering difficult for people with impaired mobility.

It was amazing. It was public holidays so office was closed couple days or so, yet we were taken care of. Wonderful location, close by parks & walking. Has all you need. It rained most days yet we were most comfortable & was child friendly.

Apartment was clean, some of the lights did not work in our room and the batteries for the remotes needed replacing. Also the ceiling paint near front door was peeling.
