A delightful hotel with friendly, professional and efficient staff.
The breakfast is self service and very varied with continental or English.
The rooms are spacious, clean and have tea and coffee making facilities.
There is also a bar in the hotel that leads out to beautiful gardens.
The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the train station where you can get services to London, High Wycombe and Oxford.
Highly recommended.

Very welcoming and efficient check in. Free parking.
Room was spacious and well equipped.
Nicely furnished with 2 comfortable armchairs plus a chair beside the dressing table/desk.
Useful mini fridge with a free 1 litre bottle of water.
Ample room for clothing storage plus iron and ironing board.
Staff were attentive yet unobtrusive.

The Hotel had free parking and free electric car charging which I thought was great.
The food was amazing and the evening meal tasted like they had a top chef cooking for them.

I eas little disappointed with the Hotel on this vist, all was going well until breakfast, the restaurant was really cold, the heating was clearly faulty, and felt to be blowing cold air, the problem was compounded with cold plates, the result was a cold breakfast.
The rooms were fine and the staff freindly and helpfull as usual.

Another good stay at The Bull so we would stay again. Areas for improvement would be a) over attentive clearing away of tables at breakfast made us feel a bit rushed b) poor vegetarian dinner - why is that when all the meat eaters get a plateful of mixed vegetables with their meat, vegetarians get nothing other than a plate full of the same thing e.g. ravioli and nothing else? The clue is vegetarian.

I couldn’t fault this hotel. I was given a room at the back, as 2 weddings were hosted during my stay, & can honestly say I didn’t hear a thing. Quiet, very clean, & staff were wonderful.

We stayed here for a weekend. The room was lovely, with a really large bed and also two armchairs. The curtains were also thick which made the room nice and dark for sleeping. The water for the sink and bath was hot too.
We had drinks downstairs on the patio and the waiter could not have been more helpful - bringing us cushions for the chairs, putting up the umbrella for us, and checking in at appropriate points to see if we wanted more drinks.

Very convenient - nice spacious rooms.
Only complaint was a bit of mechanical noise in the room. Perhaps it was next to a pump room or generator?
