Picture of the room was deceiving. Was not as nice or big as it appeared. The front desk closes at 9pm so if you get stuck like your room key not working….it’s inconvenient

The hotel was conveniently located near bus/train lines to get throughout Geneva. The staff was very friendly! The room was small and didn't stand out much, but the bed was comfortable. Great for one night and to be out and about.

Good hotel, great location, great staff.
Staying for one night on business. Super continent and helpful staff even with a very late check-in. Cooked breakfast could have been better but otherwise, another good stay.

A wonderful location in a dynamic neighborhood
The hotel staff are absolutely excellent and welcoming, we will be back. A great experience, very clean, excellent bathrooms. The location is wonderful with Jules Verne, a gem of a neighborhood and restaurant right next door! Six stars!!!!

Nice boutique hotel in central Geneva
A very nice boutique hotel centrally located. We were welcomed at check in. We took a parking space in advance, they only have 4 so book one in advance Great central location for walking around Geneva. Being boutique it has a few rooms so never feels crowded A comfortable room, that works well for a couple. Would certainly recommend to future travellers

Very nice hotel and super staff. Added bonus of a gated parking spot, which even though it wasn’t free it’s still a benefit given that parking in Geneva is a challenge to say the least. Overall a super hotel.

The hotel has two buildings. Despite being Expedia VIP we got the building with no elevator-three floor's up. Anyone with walking difficulties (we did not) should be warned Staff delivered our suitcases both ways very promptly. The hotel is outside the city core but public transportation cards were offered gratis for our stay. Fine for us who wanted the old city (about a 10 minute walk). Two fabulous restaurants for foodies nearby. There was no temperature control in our superior room and abnormal heat was a problem.drapes were very thin so I used (rarely moved) shutters with some effort. Breakfast was fine. This is a really good 3.5 star, not four for facilities.

Excellent small boutique hotel in the old town
The Hotel's facilities are very good and it is conveniently located close to tram routes and services for which the hotel provided a free transport pass for the duration of our stay.

Great hotel in a very quiet place yet close to everything , we got free passes for treansportstion from the hotel in Geneva you don’t need to drive a car , therefore public transport is the best . Very stylish room and great staff

Great location, staff is very nice and accommodating. I like the fact that they give you a free tram voucher to travel if needed. Also lots of places to eat within walking distance. Tourists sights are in walking distance also.

Great stay at Cours des Augustins.
Lovely room. Nice workout room. Gracious touches like complimentary chocolates and water. Free tram tickets for unlimited travel around town. Nice fairly hip neighborhood. Temporary downside was ongoing street work in front. Nicest of all was the ever helpful and patient staff, (my wife and I are kind of pains in the ass), which was uniformly warm and delightful.

Nice play to atay in Geneva
Excellenr hotel. People were exceptional and size amd cleanliness of the room exxeeded expectations. There waa construction going om in the street in front of the hotel that was a bin inconvenient. That was not the fault of the hotel though.

Nice Boutique Style Hotel
We stayed 2 nights. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. It was close to many of the tram and bus lines so it was easy to travel where we wanted to go. Despite being in the city proper, with the windows closed and the a/c on we had no issue with any street noise. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Convenient Alternative to a Large Hotel
Great for groups or the couple who prefers to get away from the big hotel scene, this apartment hotel will allow you the freedom to cook or have a little extra space while still retaining great service from the very helpful and attentive staff.

Nice hotel
The hotel staff were all very good. My room had very thin walls, small and I did not find the pillows very comfortable. In addition the blinds covering the windows were thin allowing in some outside light. Whilst there is a gym and sauna these facilities do not officially open until 7am, the gym is in a small room but packed with lots of equipment, just workable if you are the only person training. I personally enjoyed the breakfast, but it is limited I terms of choice. This hotel has very good access to public transport. i spend a lot of time in Geneva due to my work and I have stayed in most hotels within the price bracket £300 per night and lower. All Geneva hotels provide free public transport and on arrival at Geneva airport you can get a free public transport ticket with allows the free use of public transport for 80 mins. All trains leaving Geneva airport stop in Geneva central station.

Reasonably priced, clean and safe room near univer
This is a nice hotel. The building is a little old, but it is decorated well with modern furnishings and original artwork. My room had a hotplate, microwave and dishwasher which is good if you are traveling with family. There are numerous inexpensive restaurants and bars nearby. Overall, this is a reasonable place to stay in Geneva, which is sometimes very expensive.
