"A lovely stay"

"We booked this stay for our daughters birthday, all the staff were fantastic throughout our stay. The reception were great with our daughter, they noticed it was her birthday and gave her a nice jar of jelly beans. The room was clean and as expected, facility's were great especially the pool area. We had a buffet breakfast in the morning, the selection was plentiful and all the food was good quality and presented well. We will visit again."

"Nice place to stay with a great view. Could do with a little modernisation of the rooms (USB charging ports for example) - but very nice and would recommend for a stay."

"Stay for 1 night for a concert at the glasshouse. Close to the venue. Some noise during the night (Friday night on the quayside) and the curtains didn’t block out the 4.30 am sun but the staff were lovely, breakfast was just what the doctor ordered and the room was nice and clean "

"Generally old, tired furnishings and unfinished decorations, e.g toilet door not painted , shower door handle missing. Worst of all though was the water was just a luke warm trickle for a shower."
