Good size room and bathroom. Very nice breakfast at a nearby property. Management and staff very helpful in a pleasant reserved way. Excellent value. Highly recommended."

"The quality of the rooms varies according to what you have signed up for. We stayed in several hotels in Sri Lanka and the meaning of the term Deluxe room is very different to what we would regard as a deluxe room in the west and I think it is important to realise this. We were upgraded from our Deluxe room at the Hasara and had a lovely room with very good air conditioning, en suite, and TV, balcony and views. "It's closer to Galle Fort. The staff are nice & helpful. But, all other facilities are basic and no hot water shower system and bath room is not clean. Old packets of tea / Coffee & sugar in the room. So, I couldn't make a cup of tea. "
