Everything old, Insects, dirt...
Insects in the room and elevator, everything dirt, old sheets, dirty bathroom, shower in bad condition, smelly towels, air conditioning doesn't cooling, it doesn't look like any of the photos that appear on the website.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a good stay in that hotel. Small room, ( the pics doesn’t make it true) bathroom leaking and missing soap and shampoo holder so we put everything on the floor. We really didn’t appreciate that hotel.

Even though the hotel is close to the beach, with a nice view of the bay, the room conditions and facilities were very unsatisfactory. Some of the lights of the room didn’t work; the AC made way too much noise; there was only one power outlet in the room, and it was inside the bathroom! (I believe this alone is a factor to cause great discomfort). Only a tiny body soup was given as courtesy. A package with other essential products was to be purchased separately at the reception! This was extremely inconvenient for me. I was even afraid of using the towels and being charged extra for them. In my entire life, I had never stayed in a hotel with such conditions. I believe that even for the price, it was very unsatisfactory

Worth the price.
I arrived very late to Fortaleza just to stop over and go further. Booked this hotel just to sleep one night. For the price I paid it was 100% worth it. At the front first beach line, but the best and the cleanest beaches a bit left from the hotel opposite port direction. Don’t expect luxury, but all you need to take shower and sleep. Air con was a bit noisy. Room is old by clean. The breakfast was not in my confirmation however it was included in my price. The staff at the reception was very nice however at the restaurant appeared very busy and not very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Location is excellent. Next to the municipal fish market where I recommend to go (you buy any seafood you like and pay a little extra to cook it right there to rank with the amazing view to the port).

At check in we found out that Wi-Fi was 30 US per day. The shampoo and conditioner are not included. To keep the luggage downstairs at check-out it was 8 US per item. On top of that, they charge for local phone calls.

The location was pretty good. Across the street from the beach and within walking distance of the popular area of the beach. Breakfast was included and was pretty good. Everything else was frustrating. They didn't have our reservation, so good thing we had brought the confirmation. Everything costs extra - even shampoo and soap! One of the other guests in the lobby was indicating his air conditioner didn't work (and even in "winter" in brazil - it's necessary). To the staff's credit, they did at least go up and look into that. No free internet (you have to pay - even in the lobby). At least there were no bugs in the beds here. Overall - we were glad when it was time to switch hotels.

Very old hotel, nobody from the staff speaks even minimal English, you have to pay extra even for the basics. And all this for a very high price ( even though the World Cup hasn't started yet). Extremely bad impression. Wouldn't recommend to anyone whatsoever.

Yes, it is true, this Hotel is on Beira Mar, in a nice location. It is the cheapest hotel on the street. However the hidden cost were extensive. They will charge you for everything. You must pay for the WI-Fi service service by the hour, the signal was weak in my room and you spend alot of time disconnecting and reconnecting to it. It also made it impossible to run apps, from a phone with a Wi-fi connection. They charge you for soap and shampoo, the mini bar drinks are terribly over priced and there is actually a sign in the hotel, requesting that you not bring in drinks from outside the hotel. On an upside the staff are good people. When I left this hotel early they did not charge me a cancellation fee. and allowed me to leave early. However they would not transfer the balance of my prepayment to my credit card,only to a bank account. There are many other nice hotels at this price on the beira mar but are harder to find on the internet.

O hotel é bem simples, passamos apenas 1 noite e foi ok. Contudo, ficamos em um quarto com ar condicionado de caixa e ele não funcionava muito bem. A localização é boa, fica bem no final da beira mar, perto do mercado de peixes. Pelo valor que pagamos, atendeu a necessidade.

As camas não são muito confortáveis. As toalhas são velhas e encardidas. Os banheiros são o maior problema. Os chuveiros ficam pingando o tempo todo. Cheguei a ficar em um quarto no qual o banheiro só tinha a metade do box, gerando uma molhadeira a cada uso. Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado são velhos, barulhentos e não gelam. Preferimos nem usar. O café é bom. Os atendentes são simpáticos e atenciosos. No geral, pelo preço, a depender da época, a hospedagem ainda compensa, por ser à beira-mar, em ótima localização.

Foi uma experiência muito boa por estarmos na beira mar e isso conta bastante. Quarto bem limpinho, café da manhã bem gostoso e atendimento incrível da galera da recepção. O Wi-Fi falhava um pouco, mas no geral até que dava pra usar. É uma excelente opção para quem tem intenção de passear. É perto de tudo. Valor justo também.

Ao chegar fui surpreendido com a cobrança do estacionamento do próprio hotel com uma diaria de 50,00 reais.. ate ai tudo bem, ja no apartamento o ar condicionado não funcionava, fui reclamar e a principio me falaram que não tinha um apartamento com o mesmo padrao e queriam colocar minha familia em um quarto muito mais inferior o qual eu tinha pago, mas ao decorrer do dia acharam um quarto com um ar condicionado que estava funcionando mas sem controle remoto, no quarto na primeira noite niguem da minha familia família conseguiu dormir com tanto pernilongos. Referente ao cafe da manha pouco variado , bem basico de verdade...
