Food was great and the people were great. The room we were in was too hot at night. Even with the heat off we sweated a lot. There weren’t individual lights at each bed which made it difficult for reading. Never saw this before.

User friendly. When I explained that we were seniors we got a room on the main floor not too far from the exit! Had trouble finding them in the snow. No real cell service or wifi to get a phone number to call for location. I called to ask Expedia to get a phone number , got an automated service with no phone number for Inn. Other than some lost rest , it was good!

First Choice in Fort Nelson
Very nice double room and an excellent hot breakfast made to order in the adjacent restaurant. the hotel issues a breakfast coupon ample enough to cover the cost of breakfast.

Nightly room renovations means no sleep
Construction in rooms all night long! There was no information about hotel being renovated. And yet they worked all night. No one at front desk to complain to. Got little sleep and left very early. Never again would we stay here.

Clean affordable accommodation.
The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was uncomfortably small and confined. I think the builder got a heck of a sale on those enclosures because no one over 100 pounds could fit in them. The premises are clean. The staff were friendly. The morning restaurant was clean and the food and service were good. The evening restaurant, aka the lounge, is showing its age right down to the worn out chair upholstery that has seen much better days. Overall, our stay was comfortable and affordable.
