My stay was ok enjoy my time there but one problem when I walk out the room and get home I realize I don’t have my EarPods I tracked it there it been a week since I call for it and there told me they will give me a call back no one has never called me back it has been tuned off inside the property it was left on the night stand by the TV

Amazing location very clean and nice helpful staff. Very easy to get around from across the street there is a bus station that takes you to subway station. Food and groceries just near you with a few restaurants.

I visited the sojo spa and I needed a hotel near by with reasonable rates. Comfort Inn is nearby affordable and quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.Would definitely stay here again

Hotel is good but parking lot is terrible.
You should keep notice to a time of flood tide. The parking lot will be flood up. In the worst case, you may not be able to leave the hotel on time and your car may be damaged. Of course, sometimes an emergency escape will be an exciting and fun experience. My family was enjoying it after check out and I had to drive in a parking lot like a lake. LoL But we should be more carefully to book this hotel again or not.

Allow me to apologize on behalf of our hotel for failing to meet your expectations on your recent visit. We have been here for 50 years and other than major hurricanes (hurricane sandy) this never happen. We are currently in court with the landlord to come up with a solution to fix it.

WORST WEEK EVER
Rained and the parking lot flooded but they didn't warn us so several guests vehicles were destroyed including my RV and Ford Escape and i did not have water damage coverage so I'm out 40 grand and they would only comp one night for me even though I'm from California with nowhere to go and no way to get home. They said they called every room as the water flooded in but they didn't. They just let the water come in and didn't go door to door to warn people. That's all it would've taken.

Bus 189 is within walking distance to get around New Jersey and into New York. Shopping center and Trader Joe’s near by to buy food

Great location. Easy to travel to NY. The first night we stayed the people next to us were screaming/arguing from 2am-5am. Kicking & banging on doors. It was really unacceptable…..not staff fault as they tried to control it.

Great service. Great views by the River. Preferred to not have a room near mechanical/electrical panels/ service, but the beautiful sitting area overlooking the river made it worth it!

This property is clean and nearby a lot of shopping. The river walk is right by it with amazing views. The staff was especially kind and helped me a lot during my stay. I was unwell and cannot compliment the staff for their understanding and kindness.

Clean room good location
The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. The bus to Manhattan Bus Terminal is also located nearby, so it was a great place to stay.
