I paid for my stay through hotels.com and had to pay again at the property because they claimed “hotels.com” didn’t pay us. When they did get they payment from hotels.com. Thankfully hotels.com got me my money back I paid through them and I hope this place gets shut down from the health department and BBB!!!

We was traveling and decided to stop and get some sleep at the last min. The pics are nothing like the room toilet seat came off when I sat on it, holes in the walls, bugs in the beds, linens dirty.

At check-in, the receptionist was rude and seemed annoyed. There were signs scolding potential customers on the walls, which was alarming. I had already paid through my travel app and it was the middle of the night, so I decided to give it a chance. I was horrified one in the room. Door broken, door frame broken (looked like the door had been kicked in), lock/latch broken on inside of the door, cigarette burn holes were on the comforter and the sheets, a brown sticky substance was on the sheets alone with hair, something yellow and sticky and something that had hardened, the “comforter” was basically a moderately thicker sheet that was brown in color and had more stains and dirt on it than I can describe, the floors were sticky, there was feces floating in the toilet, hair on the toilet seat, hair in the tub, counter was sticky, light fixture was broken, the bathroom door wouldn’t close .... and this isn’t even all. There were three different people in the parking lot asking us for drugs and cigarettes as well. The photos on the travel apps are legitimate lies. This was seriously awful. This should be closed down.

If you only looking for a place to sleep. I guess it's OK, but the room we were in was very run down, the floor had a noticeable crack under the carpet and I wouldn't go to this hotel again.

The first room I was in had no fridge no microwave and my neighbor showed me the 8th rat that she killed in her room as well as the room on other side of me had tons of roaches and the room they sent me to the day had no cooling going on the air conditioning was broke and I was told to deal with it I'm still wIting in my towels, washcloths,etc to shower and sheets for my bed it's 7 p.m.

Do not sleep under the covers, use the bathroom or leave anything of value in your vehicle overnight. Also, don’t worry about an alarm because the drunks and prostitutes will keep you up all night.

I liked nothing. Room was filthy. Sink, commode and bathtub all filthy. Was offered anotber room stepped into the bathroom and water come out from under vinyl flooring. They immediately refunded the charge to expedia and I expect my refund soon!

My room was not clean. Beds were dirty. Thank God no bed bugs but the pillow cases were yellow, bathroom toilet had been used, shower curtain had mildew and there was ashes in the ash tray. One of my queen beds seemed broken. This will definitely not be a stop for me again. The staff however on duty was really nice and did the best she could considering the busy checkins

Called and asked for an early check in. Staff was very accommodating. The buildings are old. The parking lot hasnt been repaved or sealed in years and all the trees had been limbed to make them bare. We were tired and needed a nap. The staff was lively and carrying on outside (and that was okay because it waa 12 noon) which made it difficult for us to get any sleep. The rooms had newer hard surface floors. Our tv remote did not work. There was garbage beside the bed from the previous lodger. As well as a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower head. Its basically one step above sleeping in the street

THE HOTEL WAS IN BAD SHAPE, BUT IT WAS CONFORTABLE. CLEANED, BUT DOOR WERE NOT SECURE, WINDOWS CURTAINS NOT PROPERLY PLACED. TV HAD NO CONTROL. AND NO COFFEE IN THE MORNING. BUT IT WAS CONFORTABLE.

The hotel was booked when i got there. Orbitz gave me a hotel that was full i was so embarrassed and shame because i paid for the room threw Orbitz and when I got there no rooms and it took over 2 hours before Orbitz put me in another hotel. This was the most terrible night i ever had

Definitely get what you pay for! Was very dirty; there was trash on the bathroom floor, the shower hadn’t been cleaned, the towels had stains all over them and so did the floor.

worst place I've had or the displeasure of being
this was the worst place I have been in my life, this hotel could not be run for hygiene and health reasons, full of cockroaches, spiders and mites, extremely dirty sheets with cigarette ash, hair and thick dry stains, plus smell unbearable of cigarettes. my son lay in the bed of shorts in less than 5 minutes raised all red full of red pellets and allergy due to lack of hygiene, this place can not work, the website hotels.com should not accept on their platform a place like this. and he did not want to give me back my money, they told me to get in touch with the site that owed me the money. after all, I could not stay for 12 minutes or so the lack of conditions of the place. I want my money back!!!!

Itinerary said breakfast included. No breakfast when i arrived. Expedia charged 40% higher rate than what was on my written contract sign at the hotel. 1 towel provided for 2 people, and no opportunity to get another towel. No trash can in the room. Multiple holes in walls. Non smoking room smells like it was smoked in. Filthy.
