This hotel was built in 2019 and blends in with the downtown historic street it is connected with. We had planned to eat in another venue, but after checking in and unpacking, we just wanted to relax with a glass of wine.the lobby had such a place and it was a delightful experience. The menu was varied and priced reasonably. We ate our dinner right there. Rooms ere large with a small divider between the bed and sofa sitting area. Very nice. There is parking, but it’s a short walk back to the hotel from a locked lot that was about two blocks away. If we are back in this area, we would stay again

It was downtown and quiet. I wish the parking area were a little closer, but it’s private and gated with no parking charge…. So it’s all good. Unless it rains , lol!

The only thing I don't like is the walk from the parking lot to the hotel. It's not safe at night making that walk especially if you are by yourself.

The hotel was placed in the heart of a moderately small town downtown. A nice mix of quaint and urban. This was very convenient to my business need. Parking was not super convenient, in pouring rain, but it was included with the room.

HYATT Place Florence Downtown has a very nice staff, but facilities seem "unfinished" and abandoned... there is a Starbucks in the lobby that does not work, the gym has an old water dispenser that does not work, no water cups and no alcohol gel or any type of spray to clean equipment before and after use. The hotel really feels abandoned...

The check in went pretty smooth but the single bartender/server that was working in the restaurant was having a hard night. Out of multiple things and super long waits. He was very attentive and apologized a lot but we could hear someone yelling from the kitchen multiple times when he went back to check on customer’s food. In the morning when we checked out the desk attendant barely said anything, mumbled everything, and walked away from the desk directly after we finished before I could ask any other questions. The hotel was immaculate and the room was great but the service was lacking.

The property was walking distance to many good restaurants and festivities going on downtown. The parking situation is atrocious!!!!!!! You have to park in a gated lot across the street....but set back where you have walk a ways down the streets. There is a small landing in front of the hotel that can fit 1-2 cars at best ( if both of them are not bigger cars). Most of the time that is occupied, so you literally have to drag all of your luggage down a street and
