Our first room 122, King Suite, was near a crazy loud Ice Machine, and the pool and gym entrance. The empty hotel said no other KS avail, so we were moved to a regular King Room. There was No hot water, luke warm shower. Called over run front desk several times, finally answered, told me to run the hot faucet for 5 minutes, still no hot water. The called at 8:15 PM to send maintenance, but we were in bed already. Seemed as if this was a known issue.

Check in was at 4pm. We did not get our room until 5:45 because it wasn’t clean yet. Front desk was not apologetic at all. I know it wasn’t her fault but she was completely indifferent to our situation. Hallways were hot. Breakfast was meh. Rethinking staying at any holiday inns going forward.

While the property was nice and the woman who checked us in was phenomenal, after that the people were rude. The lady who was in charge of the food acted like we were all horrible and gross. She was too worried about following people around to make the pancakes.

Friendly and efficient staff. The wonderful ladies that helped us check in were fantastic. It was extremely busy and the phone was ringing but they we great and handled everything perfectly!

This place was very new looking. It was very clean. Bathroom was nice. There were restaurants all around it and it was in a very quiet neighborhood. The front desk staff was very nice. I would stay here again and definitely.

Renovated rooms. No hotel smell when entering. Linens pillows comforter extremely soft. And smelled nice. Just wish there were more comfort height toilets in all rooms. But overall very nice bathroom!

Room was spotless; they even provide a Keurig instead of the usual coffee tea bags. Refrigerator was roomy enough to hold food for trip and refreeze my ice packs. Staff was friendly and accommodating. This is my new go-to for trips to Florida.

I hate that I didn't try the breakfast that was offered. It was a beautiful 😍 hotel and I liked the little store that offered drinks and snacks at the front entrance. All the amenities were clean and inviting: pool, gym and dining area and to include the parking lot.

Elevator was concerning. When going down it made a horrible shudder and noise. Temp in fridge was too cold. Froze drinks. Tried to turn it down but the control wouldn’t move. Good stay otherwise.

Checked in around 9pm, and the receptionist was very friendly. Welcomed me, offered a warm smile after s long days drive and had our room keys ready. Hotel is close to I95 and was perfect for the one night stay. Room was clean, and beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy, and plenty of food options around the area. We went to chillis and it was perfect. Quick service and delicious food. I would recommend. Area was safe and we had zero issues. Great hotel!!!
