"Hotel room very nice. Pool area very clean and someone always making sure towels are stocked and pool area in order. In room not enough towels for a party of 4. Found someones dirty socks in the living area under a chair. Elevators worked off and on and had my mom with who is not able to do stairs so was not a good thing and had to use service elevator so there was another option. Grandkids loved the room and especially the water slide. "
