"The staff was great. Gary is top notch. Only reason I put 4s on area and property conditions is they are still doing repairs due to the Hurricane. Highly recommend if you want a place to just relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. We will be back. "

"We loved the Naples Grande. Our room was spacious and clean and we we had an awesome balcony. The staff was exceptional, especially Austin and Mariano at the pool bar and Barry, Jay and Austin (again) at the inside bar. The housekeeping staff and the valets too were all friendly and welcoming. Never had an issue and will definitely go back again. We spent our days at the pool and beach and explored Naples for dinners every night. We had 5 wonderful, sunny and hot days and loved every minute of it."

"It's an older but still beautiful hotel. They did a great job with renovation. The ladies in the check-in counter are polite and helpful and always work with smile. The lady at the bar is so kind and friendly!! Our bed was comfy!! The view from the poolside is beautiful! The pool is big and not just a square. We like that breakfast is included with our stay, and we like the buffet. We will definitely stay there again. "
