Everything I needed was on hand frim transport to the airport, a quite, safe, pleasant room and the staff where helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Very convenient hotel, just next to stansted airport. Shuttle bus was available every 30 mins ( 4£ per person - one way) Room was clean and comfortable

Staff were amazing at the hotel. Couldn't do more for you with extra amenities available on request. Even simple things like a razor & shaving supplies. A brilliant location for an overnight stay before a early flight. The shuttle bus was an amazing addition making everything so easy along with the nice surprise of a buffet style cooked breakfast.

A little shabby/run down. Phone in room didn’t work, stains on the floor, markdown on bed head board, some time of nail polish on bedside table, rust in garage can. Guest services would not supply cork screw.

Standard airport hotel. Close to Stansted mid stay car park with easy airport access. Functional simple clean room with good shower and bathroom facilities. Acceptable breakfast buffet. The hotel does what it says on the tin.

Exactly as required.
overnight stay before an early flight. Staff all friendly and helpful. Bed extremely comfortable. The fact that a buffet breakfast was available at 4AM and that the shuttle bus was running throughout the night was particularly important for me. I have no reservations in recommending this hotel.

The customers should have control of the thermostat. To stay cool or hot. There are customers with high blood pressure and body temperatures that need cool air no matter the season.

The room was very small for a family of 4 the cot was not avaliable and in the room i had to ask for it the room was not made up daily towels were not replaced etc. There is a £25 charge when arriving at the hotelmfor the car park as this dies not belkng to the hotel which is mot shares upon booking.
