Proximity to stores. Bed was very soft/mushy (room 243). I ached in every joint upon awakening. Thankfully we stayed elsewhere the next evening and I awakened refreshed.

It’s right adjacent to Market Street..food, shopping and atmosphere. Was a little upset that prior to 24 hours a letter was slipped under the door saying management has the right to inspect the room…we had put out the eco friendly sign that it didn’t need fresh towels etc believing we were helping …sort of felt like we were doing something wrong!!!

Location of the property is excellent! Everything is right at your doorstep and is walkable Other than the very loud music heard throughout from the bar/restaurant, was very quiet. Felt like we were being rushed out! Check-out time was at 11:00 and housekeeping staff were knocking on our door before 9:00 am. Very annoying!

Nice property, currently being updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The only complaint I would have was the noisy heating/cooling system. We had to turn off to sleep. Other than that, the hotel is located very close to the shopping and eating areas on Market Street. We will be back in the future!

I was expecting a much nicer room because of the price I paid. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets clean. But the phone, the shade in the room, the carpets under the desk were all dirty. One of the towels looked like it had been used, but was folded up neatly.

Great stay!
Just an overnight in Corning. The bed was very comfortable and the room was pleasant. I liked the prefilled shampoo,conditioner and body soap available in the shower. The only drawback was no complimentary breakfast available. It is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again!

Our first room had a leak by the window. Someone had left a towel there to soak it up. We told the front desk and he promptly changed our room. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, but the PTAC unit kept going on/off and there was no way to make the noise constant. I woke up numerous times during the night and changed settings but nothing helped. That said, I'd stay again which tells you how much I enjoyed the hotel as a whole. Expedia was contacted to correct last name spelling error which was never corrected. Traveling to the hotel from Canada there was a major border closing and all borders to the US closed. I called the hotel to advise and they said they would mark the room “late arrival”. When my son was able to enter the US the next morning and checked into the Raddison he was told the room was a no show and cancelled. So we had to purchase another room for another $98.00 on top of the $271.00 we already paid for the room. This is the most ridiculous solution. How do you suggest we proceed to getting a refund?
