O.K. hotel. Would not recommend.Posted 03-Nov-2013
Pros: The young woman at reception desk was polite and tried her best.
Cons: Restaurant and bar should be open for guests and not just for private parties. Indoor pool next to the lobby was too noisy.
Location: Too close to I-10. Too noisy.
T.V. in room did not work. One tile loose on bathroom wall. Restaurant closed for dinner. Bar closed at night. Big private party probable reason for closing of restaurant and bar. Were not allowed in restaurant for breakfast. Was it due to private party?

friendliest staffPosted 07-Sep-2013 on Hotels.com
The staff is top notch. Very friendly and professional. Surprised they had a live band at the bar on a Wednesday, which was very nice. They acknowledged my priority platinum status at check in and gave me access to the concierge level along with drink coupons. Only drawback was the building shows its age although the rooms look updated. I will stay here again.

Nice Stay!!Posted 04-Sep-2013
Pros: The amenities
Cons: The noise from room to room.
Location: The outlets are like 20 min. From the hotel, a mall really near, Target, restaurants. Everything was there, you don't have to travel miles.
It was incredible, the room was clean, the bed really comfortlable just in the morning we heared a lot of noise from the next room.

Absolutely AwfulPosted 03-Sep-2013
The room was very dirty. Nice pool and whirlpool is about the only thing it has going for it. Hotel staff was very unhelpful. We were under the impression there was a free continental breakfast and there wasn't. They couldn't find my rewards membership even though other Holiday Inns have been able to. I had to call to find out the number. I had to call the front desk twice to ask for a refrigerator, even though there was supposed to be one included. There was also supposed to be a microwave and there wasn't. Someone called our room at 4 in the morning and hung up. The people next to us came in at 5 in the morning and were very loud, drunk in the hallway. Terrible, terrible experience. For a Holiday Inn, I'm very disappointed.

NIce stay, no problems.Posted 10-Aug-2013
Very nice hotel at a decent price. Not too hard to get to and good room accessibility. Great pool and rec area. Great breakfast buffet.

A nice surprise.Posted 03-Jul-2013
Pros: Clean, comfortable and up to date.
Cons: Updated lobby and better breakfast space.
Location: Right by I-10 so is accessible.
I knew it was an older property but that was not apparent when you entered the room. The rooms were up to date, nice finishes and amenities. Things were clean and orderly. The lobby was nice although it could use a few updates to bring the standard of the space up to the standard of the rooms.

Nice Hotel, close to everything I wanted to go to.Posted 25-Jun-2013
Way better experience than I had expected. I am a college student with low income that was going for a little chance to get away and the hotel was perfect. It has a nice mini gym and a nice pool that is both indoor and out. I would stay there again. :)

Two queen beds were not queen size. Full size. Overall, stay was nice with a great free breakfast for rewards members. More than most holiday inn hash browns, chorizo, indoor pool and jacuzi great for kids.
