Pros: The staff was really friendly, and helped as much as they could.
Cons: Information regarding what's in the area, and restaurants. Also, what restaurants deliver to the hotel and their delivery hours.
There was no information in the room regarding the area, or restaurants. The room was on the main floor, and look dated. There were no maps of the hotel or what was located where. I had to ask for anything and everything. Though, I am from a large city, I expected more of the place.

I really enjoyed the pool I loved that it is warm!.. The patio near the pool is very pleasant and soothing especially at night the rooms are very clean the restroom was huge I really enjoyed it!:)

The location was great, easy to get to with no problem. The lobby was great, looked clean and organized. Service could've been better, we where never acknowledged going in or out of the hotel. Parking was vary limited, and a bit crowded as well. Our room was too dim, not enough light. The carpet was vary stained as well as the wall. Part of the wall by the TV was partially broken, as well as the wall in the restroom. It was stained like if three had been a water leak for quite a while. Coffee maker was no where to be found, and we had more hand towels than body towels.

Pros: Location
My room was directly above the bar. The music blared until 2 am and I was unable to sleep. I called the front desk twice. The first time they told me they could not move me because they were full. The second time I called they brought me ear plugs which did not help. I had to get up early the next morning and only got 4 hours of sleep. Rooms should never be booked above a bar that plays loud music into the early morning hours! I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

The room was OK the only thing is that I reserved a two bed and I got a king bed with a sofa.

Not bad for a quick stay but had expected it to be better. Noisy, slow internet, and low water pressure were problems I had.
