Pros: The staff was really friendly, and helped as much as they could.
Cons: Information regarding what's in the area, and restaurants. Also, what restaurants deliver to the hotel and their delivery hours.
There was no information in the room regarding the area, or restaurants. The room was on the main floor, and look dated. There were no maps of the hotel or what was located where. I had to ask for anything and everything. Though, I am from a large city, I expected more of the place.

Very disappointed in this hotel

Pros: Location
My room was directly above the bar. The music blared until 2 am and I was unable to sleep. I called the front desk twice. The first time they told me they could not move me because they were full. The second time I called they brought me ear plugs which did not help. I had to get up early the next morning and only got 4 hours of sleep. Rooms should never be booked above a bar that plays loud music into the early morning hours! I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

Expedia, was very helpfully with reservations. Hotel did not share important information. The reason we choose this Hotel. Was for indoor pool. The pool was under construction. Hotel staff would not make any arrangements for there miss communications. There was no concern about the customer. We did not feel like we mattered. They didn't even offer coupons for my family to dine in for breakfast. Also there carpets are filthy, my 4 year daugter was playing on the floor. After she got up. Her pants were expreamly dirty. I never say any staff using vacuum cleaners, when we were leaving. I will not recommend this hotel, like I said before Managment did nothing too show any concern. This is my opinion, maybe others had better service.

Pros: The pool/hot tub area looked inviting and admission to Teddy's Flame room night club inside the hotel was free of charge for hotel guests.
Cons: Cleanliness. Condition of shower curtain and caulking in the bathroom.
Location: Next to I-10. Close to airport. Teddy's Flame room night club inside the hotel. Restaurants nearby.
The floor inside the room looked like it hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed. The shower curtain had several holes in it. The caulking in the bathroom needed to be replaced. It was old and gunky looking. The room was very noisy. Sounds of a/c vent or something that sounded like pressurized water running all night. Pillows were lumpy and too high for my taste. Other than that I feel that the hotel was very well kept.

The bar personal were horriable .if you tell a customer the bar closes at 10pm it should not close 915 pmon a saturday night when asked for an explaition nothing was offered the worst bar personal i have ever come across L

I stayed for just 2 days visiting friends and the moment i checked into the lobby i knew ill have fun. Tania the receptionist was amazingly warm and helpful. The place was clean with overflowing smile from everyone, El Paso mostly known for alot of hispanic people, i think Mexicans are just naturally and genuinely nice and warm and friendly. I so love them!! Then the young waitress in the Del Sol restaurant was just very helpful and friendly she even tried to bring me drinks at the pool but when she couldnt she walked all the way to give her apologies which was ok i didnt need it right there. She even handed me a bottle of water free of charge when i was just lost coz the vending machine wasnt working. All in all being from Los Angeles, El Paso was kinda lacking the big city elegance and comfort but these lovely people in the hotel just made my stay perfect. I will always think back of them fondly :) may you have great blessings xoxo mai

Never Again

This is the 3rd time in the past couple of months I have made the mistake at staying at a Holiday Inn. I have stayed at properties in Dallas and other places that were new and operated well. But the past couple of times it has been miserable. They are old hotels that are left over from the 80's! On this last stay they tried to say I requested a Accessible room, which I did not and was not even an option on Hotels.com. Tried to argue until I told them just to refund and I would go somewhere else, and then magically another came free...
