The inn & Expedia charged us twice. It was all confirmed in the beginning but when we reached there company forced us to pay again & the money still has not been refunded yet. Totally a regrettable and embarrassing situation.

This is an older hotel. Accommodations are average, beds super hard. We had 2 rooms, occupants in second room found hair in their towels. First room, bathroom toilet uncomfortable as it was set too far back to counter and lid pushed forward making it very awkward. Complimentary breakfast was minimal, but sufficed. The only thing going for this property is its proximaty to the mall. Pricing was average.

Front entryway has a foul smell, homeless people sheltered within. A tree outside my room has overgrown, the wind caused the branches to beat against the wall reverberating the noise into the suite.
