The staff is lovely. Some improvement in their "green" efforts could include putting soaps/shampoo and conditioner in squeeze bottles so no little plastic bottles. Also decanters of things like syrop at breakfast. Breakfast was good and service was great.

Visitors were smoking right by the front door. even though the facility claims to be non smoking. you can feel smoke in the front lobby. even though i advised the front desk to get my room cleaned properly but on my return I noticed nobody vaccumed the room. the breakfast provided in the morning was the worst .on asking the host about certain things , she said they ran out of items.I am travelling for the last 20 years (stayed in different countries) but I will give breakfast 1 out of ten. needs lot of work.

Needs massive renovation. Not really looking clean or safe. We saw bugs in our room, on the floor, behind the bed, traces on the wall. We asked for a refund and left immediately. Not sure who are the people leaving different reviews. I believed the recent positive reviews first, but not gonna do that again, sadly.

Unfortunately when i checked in and went to my room, the door latch was holding the door open and someone was still occupying the room, so when i went back to the lobby, the staff was able to get me a room that was ready to rent. Onlybreal issue i had.

For the very reasonable price we were quite surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay. It is an older hotel that has been nicely renovated. Our favourite things were how extremely clean the room was, and a good breakfast. We would certainly stay here again.
