The carpets weren’t the cleanest. The fire alarm went off through the night for 15 min. After 2 calls to the front desk someone came to unplug the detector in Our room. We hoped for a cot but there were none. The bedding provided for the pull out was not enough and when I asked for more none was delivered. Also limited towels and no more were delivered when I asked. The furniture was showing its wear. Overall not bad. Pool was nice but property starting to get run down.

This was in a nice and quiet location. Front desk staff were super nice and accommodating. Short drive to West Edmonton Mall, which is why we stayed here. We stayed in the queen suite and it was a really nice size and a huge fridge and sink was such a bonus plus tons of table space. Would highly recommend staying here!

The room had an unpleasant odor. We opened the window at night. We were told all the rooms were “pet friendly” so that may have been the reason why. The bed was old and tucked within inches of the AC which made exiting and entering difficult, esp at night. Pillows were like balloons, not really compressable.

Family friendly hotel. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The lady at the breakfast diner does such an amazing job. The kids and I love it there. ❤️

Good (car) access to everything on the west and easy to get around to the other side of the city by major routes. Very quiet location. Great continental breakfast. Large rooms.
