Property was very convenient to get too along a busy route. Parking was very very limited for bigger vehicles. Room was clean however card left by cleaner was dirty with a coffee stain. Lots of close shopping nearby.

I never made it down for the free breakfast but I'm sure it was lovely! Improving the cream-game for coffee would be a great addition to the coffee at the front.

Breakfast was good, decent selection of food, it was nice to have fresh coffee available all day. Heated underground parking is a nice feature. Pillows stated soft and firm but not much different and stacked together felt like a board. Stayed two nights and would easily return but for the pillows.

The fire alarm went off at 2:30 am and we had to leave our room and did not get back in till after 3 am. Pool wasn’t working and we were not notified of that. We used the hotels crib for our 6 month old and it broke in the middle of the night and she fell to the floor and we were told a manager would contact us and we have received no compensation and no phone call.

The hotel was quite new and all facilities were excellent. The Staff went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming, The customer Service Manager really helped us a lot. The breakfast was very good as well.

The location, cleanliness, and staff were amazing and knowledgeable. The only thing I would change, is the pillows were very soft. Possibly adding in a firmer option could benefit guests!

Love the easy access and location and the free underground heated parking! Quick check in - the lobby and public areas were and still are spotless. Room is spacious and exactly what we needed. Pool is simple and well maintained. Hot tub is acceptable temp and has good jets.
