Hot tub out of order and pool too cold. Kids very bummed. Otherwise, room was clean and large. Staff were great.

This hotel is convenient and clean. Breakfast was just ok, and all disposable plates, cutlery, cups etc….so much plastic and waste.

Hotel is in a good location with amenities nearby. Staff was very friendly. I did not use the pool but enjoyed the hot breakfast.

Really clean, nice condition. Staff service is impeccable. The pool was small but that’s our only issue, everything else was perfect. Easy parking. Lots of dining and coffee around. Free lobby tea/hot chocolate was a hit for kids.

The staff were very friendly upon arrival and departure. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The beds were so comfortable! The only thing to complain was the pool was freezing! Like to cold to even swim.the hot tub was nice however.

Complimentary breakfast was amazing all 3 mornings we were there…they made sure everything was always full. We loved how in the lobby there was coffee, hot water for tea, hot chocolate, available day and night. Our room was clean, very spacious…keys worked the whole time we were there…pool/hot tub area was very clean. Will definitely stay here again in the future
