We arrived late as our flight didn’t get in till later. When we arrived they didn’t have a room for us so they sent us to another hotel down the room. They compensated us for the night however I still haven’t seen the refund on my credit card yet. It was a little upsetting to be so tired from travelling all day to having to turn around and drive down the road to a different hotel and carry all our things in again. Also frustrating that I had this room booked months ago and to be turned away.

Even though I prepaid for the stay when I arrived they did not have any rooms. They put me up at a lesser and cheaper hotel. This is unacceptable and unsafe for women travellers. I demand a refund or the difference between the two hotels to be credited back to me.

We waited for the free airport shuttle and it never came. The front desk person could not get a hold of the driver and kept telling us that the shuttle will be here any minute. Those who booked the shuttle all ended up taking UBERs to the airport to make flights. Poor service.
