I just found that the bed was dated and probably has to be replaced. It was quite hard and sqeaky, so even time i rolled in my sleep i woke up. But overall, thw eoom was large and clean !

Toilet doesn’t flush good. Bigger & better coffee maker. Put TV’s wall mounts, as that would free up space on dressers and laying in bed would see tv better. Beds are horrible !!!!!!!!!! The cleanliness could use a huge improvement, it looks like a hit & miss. Update furnishings, really old and very dirty.

It took over an hour to get checked in and a key , very slow lady up front who was charging everything she could if people were canceling early to go back to their homes from fires they left , gready , unsempathetic , poor service with many complaints from customers and not fixing issues

Hiden charges, I had to argue with fromt desk about free cancelation for one night, she was going to charge me but did not tell me how much, I told her I have an email stating free cancelation before 3 oclock and when we phone to see it we could check in 1.5 hr urlier she said no problem your room is ready she then charge us $30 extra which i seen on receipt after we left.. we will never go to confort inn again

My son is handicapped and the girl at the desk charged us extra for a room on the main floor as he couldnt do the stairs and tried to blame the web site for it. She didnt even smile when we first entered, she also took a phone call while dealing with us, turned out to be about 15 mins then finished our info. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

The exterior is old and rundown. There wasn’t enough parking out front and the there were a number of homeless people in the back lot that made it not feel secure. The noise/voices from room to room could be heard.

Good quick check in. Nice room. Located on a very busy one way street that made access awkward - I got blocked out and had to circle the block - and the entrance is not very well marked.

The hotel is fairly quiet considering the location close to major streets patrons also quiet snacks reasonably priced restaurant well priced food is very good
