I liked that there were separate sink/counter areas. One room contained the shower/tub, sink, toilet, but there was also 2 sinks/counter space outside the bathroom near the entrance to the room.

The staff were excellent from check in through check out. The room was clean and comfortable with in room coffee maker and fridge. Thanks to everyone for a great stay.

I loved the kitschy decor. But the rooms were really hot with no way to cool them. Also the room I had the second night had a dirty coffee pod still in the coffee maker.

Love it.
Love this hotel, jacuzzi suites are large and clean with a wonderful, spacious steam shower as well. Sunday brunch is amazing, though not included in the price it is so worth it. The later check out means we can sleep in and take our time in the morning.

Charming hotel. Love the floors. However there are peeling paint in the room that we slept in. It could use a paint job. Close to shops especially Kingsway Mall.

Wonderful overall but a bit of inconsistency.
Very clean and comfortable. We were from out of town. Was allowed in restaurant for Friday night supper which was amazing however not allowed in for breakfast based on only a paper copy of our full vaccines. That was unfortunate and disheartening.

Rooms are pretty nice and certainly clean. Food from the restaurant is good and room service is excellent and fast. Nice piano bar and pub with slot machines, after a long day it’s nice not having to go anywhere for entertainment or food.

Nice enough hotel, fair price, but nothing special and feels very old (popcorn stucco on the hallway walls). Room service and dining options were very limited and the food was sub-par, if I had been able to go anywhere else to eat I would have.

Check in seemed slow but appears to be a slow computer but the front desk staff was friendly. Room service short handed (understandable that it's COVID), huge menu with reasonable prices. Nice rooms, the loveseat was nice to have.

Check in and out we’re smooth, painless and incredibly friendly - The room was in great, clean condition and comfortable for the best night sleep we’d had on our holidays, we couldn’t hear anything from neighbours or hallways at all. We’d definitely recommend and book again here!

There were no functioning vending machines to even buy a bottle of water. The breakfast menu was horable. I have always stayed at this hotel when in the city. I have had my last stay there.

We had a few issues with our stay… steam shower didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t flush, room was exceptionally hot and we couldn’t control it in our room and the bathroom faucet wouldn’t stay attached. We were there for two nights so asked for things to be fixed upon our return. Hotel called us while we were away and said shower couldn’t be fixed so they upgraded us to a different room. We were happy that they did all they could to fix our issues, but weren’t thrilled with the stay.
