The property was stunning and our room was amazing. Beautiful views off the balcony. We came during off season so many restaurants are closed but we enjoyed La Castile several times. We cannot wait to return during the season!

This is a beautiful property. We loved how we could go to the other properties on site to experience the different restaurants and pools. The infinity pool on the roof was great for watching the sunset.

Great experience. Beautiful hotel.
The hotel was beautiful. Lots of pools and spacious rooms. The staff was helpful. They didn’t offer information unless prompted. Great Sushi restaurant by the pool. Amazing views.

We did not have any issues and our stay went pleasantly. One day we stayed on the small beach what was nice. Myself being scared from swimming in the sea and the rocky beach is not for me even for the dipping my feet in, hence I loved the rooftop pool area what was surprisingly quiet with plenty sunbeds unoccupied all day long. Breakfast was fine, mostly the same every day, but all standard choices and tasted ok. One evening we did use hotel restaurant and that was completely fine. Room was quiet, bed comfy, bathroom good. Overall area was clean and tidy, not worn out. Hotel is on the end of promenade what is great for the walk along the cost with many restaurants and lively atmosphere. One can reach supermarket and fast food opetions via this promenade too. Easy access to the public buses to the old town running every 10 minutes.

Very nice property for a relaxing stay away from Dubrovnik's old town. Beach and pool were very nice. Complimentary breakfast buffet was good, by the 4th day I could have used a little more variety in the offerings. I wouldn't waste my time with the hotel's restaurants for lunch or dinner, there are better and more economical options within walking distance. Bar More down the promenade is great for an afternoon swim and drink.

very scenic location with beautiful direct ocean exposure and views and great cliffs. It's a 15 minute Uber to the old city but stikes a great balance between exploring the city and enjoying a beautiful resort. Many restaurants down a beautiful walk along adjacent promenade. Great stay for family.

It was beautiful and had great swimming and sunbathing. Quick bus ride to the old city. The room was nice and a good value. My only complaints are the lack of even moderately priced dining options and the staining of the sheets and rug in our room (looked like old blood).

Excelente will not be enough. Every one from the moment we arrive to the moment we leave we’re amazing. From the reception, young waiter in the restaurant pool bars everyone. I want to congratulate the managers for such a talen factory to hire this people. Facilities Amazing many pools and beach area place to jump out Clift beautiful water. Water from walk to the sunset beach that have shop and bar and food. Many options to eat outside if you want. Restaurant in the hotel excellent. Breakfast buffet a must include with the room as I did. Great selection of food coffee and Prosecco. Zoe restaurant in the hotel 5 start restaurant fish octopus carpaccio. 3 different adult only pool. Blue sky pool in the roof with an bar only adult. Sauna and Indoor hot pool two plus Teo gym ans 3 -5 miles Run route. Only issues that I have if that I have to go back home. I will back. I will never pick a different hotel in Dubrovnik

The hotel is fabulous! The property is filled with amenities and is stunning- carved into the side of a cliff with terraces overlooking the Adriatic and so many areas of the property to explore. The rooms are well equipped, plush and clean. The AC was great. The front desk staff were amazing - so helpful. We were very sad to leave. Looking forward to returning again.

Great location, an easy 1 hr walk to the old Town, or access by very well run city bus in 10 minutes. Hotel was great, clean and well run. Good choice of nearby restaurants and a nice promenade for a morning run or an evening stroll. Easy parking for rental car. Will definitely return!

Location is perfect and great that you can use the facilities of the other palm hotels in the resort. Great walk on the promenade into the walking street area. Hotel staff friendly, room is beautiful- spacious and very clean Only downfall was the spa treatment wasn’t great. Was only 15 minutes rather than 25 and there was no music on during the treatment so I could hear the therapist breathing and the room was freezing! But don’t let this stop you staying at the hotel as it really is beautiful! The little coves that make up the coastline are simply stunning

The hotel is is in tip top condition and the service staff are polite and efficient. We like the exclusivity and the full facilities. In fact, we booked a second stay when we swing back to Dubrovnik after travelling around the country. Thank you to all the staff who made our trip so enjoyable. Just a note to new visitors - the Royal Palm and Royal Princess are side by side but only Royal Princess sign is visible. Also, the hotel is along an exclusive stretch so it’s accessible only by car or hail ride.

This place is just amazing, clean, and friendly staff. As a guest, you will feel welcomed, so please treat all staff with care. (They are people/human too.) Everyone in town is taking great care, in preparing for this 2023 tourist season. Our entire experience was high class, organized, professional, and some of the best service received in the World.

Absolutely LOVED my stay at the Royal Princess. I was a solo traveler and I’m female. I felt safe and supported and I had no issues whatsoever. The staff were so lovely, warm, professional and welcoming. They were patient and so kind which is exactly what I needed on my first ever solo trip. My room was just perfect and the hotel itself was very clean. I would absolutely recommend and stay again when I return to Dubrovnik.
