"Nice hotel close to UCD and has convenient connect"
Staying in the hotel for 4 nights for VIVA. Very convenient place to stay. It has aircoach stop just in front of the hotel. 20 minutes walking away from UCD, two petrol stations besides the hotel, very easy for food and drinks. Free wifi is also a plus.

"Nice hotel situated in a lovely area close to Dart"
Second time to stay here we brought our grandchildren this time and felt it was a very safe place to allow them to play out in the garden. Hotel was very busy this time when we stayed but staff still had time to talk and were lovely with the children.

It is a former Holiday Inn and the hotel still reflects this standard. Had a great city break in Dublin. Very easy to walk around. Temple Bars only 10 mins away. Bargain with Expedia.

It was a very nice hotel. I am an American tourist. I felt it was reasonably priced for a cheap college student and it looked like an expensive hotel. It was located right off the bus from the airport shuttle ( 10 euros round trip) and also literally 3 minutes into the start of the city. I would recommend this place to anybody. they were really helpful. the staff showed us a flier for a FREE waling tour, so we did that to see the sites. so stay here. :) Also the bed was amazingly comfortable, not a nice view out the window but who was worried about looking out some window on vacation. also the hotel looks JUST like the nice pictures on their website, which was surprising.

"After a long day of travel"
This hotel was great - every staff member accommodating and overly helpful - driving directions, help with LUAS, messages, even making a "room call" when our computer would not connect to their wireless. We tried all the restaurants and liked them, especially the bountiful Sunday carvery. One evening we even had "table service" of our food order to the mezzanine lounge area. We would love to stay here again. Only suggestion - web driving directions could be better. We had trouble finding it in the dark the first time, and were later told M50 exit 10 is better.

"Four nights in Dublin- our first visit"
Driving in from Wicklow on a Friday evening at rush hour was a huge challenge. Streets in Dublin are difficult to navigate with a combination of one-way streets, hard to read street signs, changing street names, etc. When we finally made it to the front door- everything changed. The tension from the traffic experience was shed with a most polite greeting and the friendly face of Juan at the desk. He directed me to the car park and explained the route clearly. Juan was warm and welcoming. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and he showed genuine interest in our comfort and enjoyment. We were offered an upgrade to a large room in the executive wing at no charge and found a bottle of Proseco on ice waiting for us! King bed, nice TV, large shower, hot water, great towels and plenty of room to move about- the room was tops. The location is central to the city but not on a noisy road. It's a short walk to Grafton Street which leads to most sites in town. The breakfast buffet was good but not spectacular- nothing missing, just nothing to rave about at 13.50 euro. We found a small restaurant a few blocks away that we liked better. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and commend Juan on his positive attitude and helpful demeanor.
