Always stay here when I visit my brother .. very convenient near the M5..which of course makes it noisy if windows ate open ..Air conditioning or heating is very good .. Breakfast was fine just very busy ..

Our room was adjacent to the M5. To get the room to the right temperature at night we had to choose between opening the window and letting in the very loud traffic noise, or switching on the room's ventilation system, which had a very loud fan and directed a blast of air directly onto the bed, even at its lowest power setting. Other than that, the hotel was a little bit tired for an IHG hotel, but there were signs that it was being done up.

We liked how close it was to the motorway. Good price with breakfast with last minute deal. Didn't like the noise of a banging door in the night on ground floor and noisy housekeepers yapping that woke me up too early

Quiet Comfortable
Room was quiet so no noise from outside. Great comfortable bed, heating worked well which was a bonus on cold night. Good size shower and toiletries. Breakfast was excellent

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel. Room was a little cold when I got there and too ages to warm up but other than that was clean and pleasant. Staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was OK.

No fault found with the cleanliness or the friendliness of the staff both were excellent. However the bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast plates cold. We were put up in a 2nd floor disabled room with alarm pulls, on reading the fire details on back of door, in case of fire we would have to go down the stairs at the ends of the corridors and our room was the furthest away from both. Good job neither of us are invalids

Great night
Quick check in with no problems room clean and in good order had a good nights sleep it was quiet and room was a comfy temperature breakfast was great plenty of food to go around but due to the number of people having breakfast the staff had difficulty keeping the plates and cutlery full other than that great service also easy check out.

Welcome and assistance from trainee receptionist was excellent - she was friendly, helpful and very polite. Room was QUIET! and had black-out curtains! What Joy for a road-weary traveler! basic, as befits this category of hotel - crisp clean linens, good DOVE shower amenities, nifty bath entry door that also encloses the toilet section giving privacy if sharing the room. Good desk space with USB and UK plugs and bright desk light - chair was comfortable & adjustable. TV. Solid Wi-Fi. Door had strong security lock. Breakfast was tasty - cereals, fruits, breads & pastries, sausage, bacon, eggs, beans - jucies teas and coffee - buffet style. Plentiful clean tables as team were attentive when guest left a table/
