The property had real character in that it was over 400 years old. One problem was related to al low beam on which I struck my head - I am 6' 3" tall.

We love staying here! It’s a lovely pub with beautiful accommodation in a quiet location yet a quick and easy drive to Worcester. Staff are very friendly and food is delicious! Breakfast is plentiful with a variety of choice. Can’t fault this place, an absolute gem!

Great place to stay! An absolute gem. Lovely accommodation, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, tasty ingredients and a good selection to choose from. We ate in the evening too, the menu was varied, reasonably priced and lovely food. The location is quite remote and quiet but Worcester and Droitwich are very accessible.

An absolute gem. This is our 3rd visit and we cannot find fault, absolutely lovely. Food is delicious with a varied breakfast and evening meal menu. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean with everything you need. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's approx. 15 minutes to the centre of Worcester or 10 minutes to Droitwich. Lovely quiet location.

Beautiful older place that is well maintained. A little quirky, but nice. Breakfast was wonderful and dinner was great even though we had to wait until 6pm to eat. Guinness helped.

This is a historic Inn. As such it is a very quaint setting. The staff is wonderful and will help with all your needs.

This is the 2nd time of staying here and it didn't disappoint. It's a lovely, quiet location and a short 15 / 20 minute drive to Worcester and Droitwich. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and we also ate evening meal here - amazing. I'd recommend the steak! Reasonably priced, great variety on the menu and delicious! The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back, can't fault it.

Very good stay, nice big room , very clean and tidy. Lovely meal in the restaurant and plenty of breakfast choice. Only downside was the kitchen bin area outside the window of our room 8

A tranquil place in beautiful countryside. Excellent team, food and drinks spot on. The shortbread in the bedroom was so short it crumbled in my hand and I dropped some on the carpet. What a waste. Terrific spot.

Overnight stay
We Stayed over night due to attending a Wedding in Ombersley, the room was clean comfortable with everything that was needed for the night. Access after the Inn had closed (midnight) was easy (we were supplied with a Key) we did not stay for Breakfast or have an Evening meal because the times restaurant did not suit our schedule but the menu was very comprehensive witha variety of foods.

I was looking forward to staying in this country pub with food, which is my preference when travelling in the UK for business. The area is lovely and the pub looks charming and is really nice inside, however the room is nowhere near luxury. It was huge but would be considered decorated in a style fitting the type of pub it was, but I thought it looked a bit dated, the bed was comfy and everything was clean. The TV in the room was small considering it's about 12 feet away from the bed. The bathroom is really poor, it was small, dated, the shower was in the bath and it had a shower curtain and not a screen. The shower pressure was good, but the shower head was too low and in the corner of the bath pointing outwards so awkward to get a shower. The room has low beams so to put the shower in the bath is a bad idea as this will restrict the height. Better to just have a shower. The grouting was all coming away on the tiles and the overall finishing was low quality. I wouldn't normally really care, but the was supposed to be Luxury and it was very expensive, so disappointing. The cooked breakfast was nice, but had to be pre-ordered and there is no fruit or yoghurt or cereals on offer, which again when I pay for luxury and nearly £150 for the room the breakfast should be excellent. The service was good and helpful, but the waitress can't provide things that are not there.

Have stayed before and was so good we returned when passing through the area. Room great and very clean. Staff very friendly and efficient. Came particularly to have their homemade scotch eggs because they are excellent, however due to staff shortages it was a slightly reduced menu. Disappointed but the special starter of smoked cured trout made up for it, absolutely excellent, as is all the food in their restaurant. Staff and sevice were excellent. Would highly recommend staying here.
