We are glad that you were able to hit the hotels coffee shop for breakfast to go items. I know this does not help your most recent stay with us, but I wanted to inform you that we are working on bringing the hotel back to when it was amazing. As the new GM we are focused on a new level of service, we are in the process of converting rooms with a complete new bedding package, and king size mattresses, for a entirely new sleep experience. Security is very important to us as well. The secured parking gate has been repaired, and we are updating the entire facility with a new RFID locking system.
