Disappointed in spending almost 200.00 for 2 queens and the beds weren’t comfortable and the pillows were hard. Some people may like that but there weren't options to switch pillows at all. Front desk gal very professional.

We have stayed there before and really like the location. It’s close to the airport and having the Quik Park lot next door with shuttle service is great. Staff has always been friendly also.

The shower never got more than luke warm. Was told run for 10 minutes and if that doesn't work change rooms. It was 9 pm and we weren't changing rooms at that hour. The HVAC was awful. Either extremely hot or extremely cold. No balance at all. We've stayed here in the past and it was great. This time not so much.

Everything about this property worked for us. Convenient to the airport and access to the freeway. Front desk staff was excellent and so was the breakfast lady. All very friendly and helpful. The room was clean upon arrival. One issue I feel needs attention is that there needs to be more than 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. 2 of each would be great but this is not a deal breaker. Overall, we enjoyed our time here. We will stay here again.

Rooms are very dated. Very load popping noises coming from heater. Sounded like a shotgun going off in our room. Woke is up about once per hour through the night.

Listing is misleading.
On the listing it says free parking and airport shuttle. Not the case at all, when they told us it would be $75 for up to 6 nights (we only needed 4), we said your listing said it was free. She goes “ya, we don’t have control what it says”. We choose that hotel due to that amenity and it was disappointing how they responded. Was the hotel clean, yes. Would we stay again? No.

Thank you for your feedback. We do offer overnight complimentary parking, due to city ordinance, any long term parking is directed to secure parking lots. When booking direct on the hotel website parking packages are available which include up to 8 or 16 nights parking.

It was fine. Nothing spectacular. The shuttle to the airport was convenient. Decent for the inexpensive price. Not a fan of the weed smell that seems to be everywhere these days.

I am very upset with Expedia. I had to pay $100 additional for my airport parking. And when I went to look in my Expedia account for past business and costs, there was nothing. Very, very poor service from Expedia. Thinking about never doing Expedia again.

I loved the property, very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to the airport. The check in person on the afternoon of September 23 was not pleasant, she did not display the friendliness and respect that represents Detroit. I was quite disappointed because I was in Detroit for a funeral of a loved one and I could have used some kindness.

It is easy access to the property from Airport and the room was fine. They have a shuttle service from the airport which is really convenient. We booked the hotel because of canceled flight for which we had hours of wait at the airport. The staff was had limited knowledge and was not well trained to handle checking us in via those who booked via Expedia app. We had long wait in the reception with 2 year old just to check in and get our room.
