Just that guests should be made aware of certain etiquettes, eg gym usage, showering before using the pool & unnecessary screams by the kids should be made aware to the parents so as not to be a bother for guests. "This time experience was not good. Room thas allotted for the same price 15 days ago was half the size. No latch on the room door. The lock also didn't work. So, lived in a room that could not be locked from outside. For room upgrade,the answer was difference between rack rate and what I paid through hotels.com. Even the commission amount was not offered in the offset price. One set of front staff is good,another is purely commercial. In all I may not stay here in future"
