The staff at the desk was average, not overly friendly. Location to town was excellent, less than a five minute walk. Piano performance in the lobby at night and breakfast were the highlights, especially the lady who played the alpenhorn at breakfast!"

"We liked everything about the Casino and Hotel except our neighbors. Midnight to 3:30am the gambling moved to the room next door. Didn’t get a good night sleep due to noise both nights. Will consider a different hotel. "
