The TV remote did not work, I even changed the battery provided by the front desk and it still did not work. No new remote was provided even though I informed the front desk within minutes of me checking in. "Valencia Hotel was an amazing experience. It was right on the Riverwalk so we could immediately leave the hotel and start walking down the river. The room was beautiful and clean, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!"
