This happened to me TWICE IN ONE TRIP - when you come back in the evening and they tell you they no longer have a room and it is night time, you have no choice but to move. These two others in their chain are appalling - dirty, in need of significant renovation, and clearly would get no bookings if they...

"Room cleanliness is '0' and the toilet is worst. Not properly maintained the utilities inside the room. The electric water kettle seems to be never ever cleaned after it is kept inside the room. The curtains are full of dust. Very much disappointing. I would never ever suggest this hotel. "

"Arrival was good, they helped with the luggage. Not satisfied with the fact that they charged 30% extra for early check-in and also we had to pay for the breakfast for that day. Rooms were clean, service was good and fast. Staff was good and friendly and the WiFi internet was fast and it had good signal in our rooms. Definitely recommended."
