We booked an executive room but there was no such room available in the whole building. In the name of breakfast buffet, they provided with a mere two options for morning meals. The staff was very unwelcoming. The in-room landline was not working. No toilet paper in the bathroom. No dental kit. No in-room...

"This property is NOT 4-stars! Totally over-rated. Maximum 2 stars. The outside of the so-called "hotel" is a tiny dingy dirty alleyway with an open sewage running along the entryway to the "hotel". When we arrived there was no electricity (so no working elevator) and the apartment was freezing cold as a result. It was not cleaned before we arrived (dirty everywhere) and they started cleaning while we were at the apartment with dirty water. The toilet was leaking, the bathroom taps were rusted...
