"This hotel was recommended by family because it was clean and safe. They were right! Not only was everything perfect, but they also had a combination of firm and fluffy pillows on the bed. First time ive ever had this in a hotel. I will stay here again when i visit family. The only thing i would recommend, the anti slip treads in the shower need updating but there was a grab bar. This is my suggestion for almost every hotel but not a deal breaker."

"They didnt want to honor our expedia price since they changed ownership. Made us wait till 3 for check in even though room then readyThen took 20 additional minutes to gain approval for rate and only granted when I said I wanted to cancel. No towels in our room. Clean but needs updated. "

"The toilet seat was way too low to the floor. It was not easy for an older couple to manage. No grab bar was on the wall to assist a person to raise themselves up off the toilet seat. Because of that, we'll never stay at this hotel or any others run by this company again."

"We arrived at the sleep in, tired and grumpy after a hard day of travel. We had not intended to stay at the Sleep Inn, but on arriving in town, we discovered our initial rental was uninhabitable and needed a plan B! The moment we walked in the the Sleep Inn and Suites we were greeted, welcomed, given a fabulous room, offered free cold drinks and made to feel right at home. Our stay could not have been better!
