"When I travel on my motorcycle, I seek out these old time motor inns where I can park in front of my room. The Pacer is by far the nicest I’ve seen in a long time. Most of the places I stay at of this type appear to be operated on a shoestring with renovations done by amateurs. The Pacer is a cut above. My room was very nice and obviously renovated by people who knew what they were doing. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant next door. "

"The hotel overall was great, loved that there was a gas station right next door so we could buy snacks and a toothbrush that was forgotten. I felt safe, it was quiet. Just up the road was lots of shopping. My only downside was the bathroom had no bathroom lock and the toilet could have been scrubbed cleaner but overall great. we come to Dayton a few times a year to visit family this will be our go too hotel."

"This hotel is not a good place to stay. The staff was polite, and the three gentlemen that manned the door were very helpful. But the condition is run down and it looked it. It is NOT handicap accessible. The showers were dirty (we had 2 rooms), the mattresses were wrapped in plastic (bedbugs? I hope not) and the plumbing leaked. The water did not get hot in the sink. I ran into other "guests" and found out they had been there 8 months and paid $800/mo. Is this a halfway house? It looked like...

"My mom is going through radiation foe breast cancer. We have to travel an hour from home to get to her treatments daily. Staying in the motel is easier on her. She can rest faster. The motel is comfortable and quiet. And close to restaurants, shopping centers and parks. "

"My room was clean and the area was quiet. I enjoyed my two night stay. They also allowed dogs which was my main requirement."

"Great room, the renovations were new and really nice, our only complaint was the hair left in the shower curtain and the hair on the floor in the bathroom from previous stays of others. Very comfortable and quiet, the lady up front was decently helpful but did allow others staying to break rules in the pool area."
